The best practice program is intended for the best from the generation of students. The foundation will, in accordance with the possibilities, for 2 or more participants from one generation, organize a super practice for a period of 2 months.

Super practice is when you come to work for j :) for two months and in fact you feel like paying for that handful of information and experiences you gain!

Branislav Ristić he liked to invite the trainee the most (he hated this word - the people around him always had a name and were with him on you) to see how something was done. He photocopied himself, made coffee, went for breakfast (he would also go to the post office, but his colleagues were afraid that he would not do it meticulously, so they rarely let him do it). His young colleagues say that he taught them to think, to see the bigger picture, to recognize the risk, but also how something can be done, to cope even when they are returned to the counter because FT1P (one paper is bankrupt).

Since this is his Foundation, the practice that the participants get is a real opportunity to learn something. That is why the Foundation chose to have the internship realized only in selected offices that are great admirers of Branislav Ristic, in fact his friends and friends of his family, people who look at the internship like him.

2 students from each generation have the right to this practice and the choice is made on the basis of a test or work that the participants write. The selection of the winners of the internship is made by the Commission whose composition is agreed immediately before the start of the competition.
