Branislav Ristić

Branislav Ristic

BRANISLAV RISTIĆ (Branko, Rile) was born in Belgrade on March 1, 1977. He passed away suddenly on June 13, 2020. years of aneurysm.

In those 43 years of his life, he lived through what many of us have not lived in even 80 years. He was happy, extremely proud of our family and the wonderful people he kept close to his surroundings.

He went to the 13th Belgrade Gymnasium. He coached water polo, played the trumpet. He loved company, a cafe, good people, hosts. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade and soon enrolled in the Belgrade Bar Association.

He loved German shepherds, aquaristics, fishing, the sea, the river, boats, boats. Herceg Novi was his second city and we had seven large aquariums in the house and always from one to three :) German shepherds.

He loved life. He had the courage to live, to refuse to survive. He had an attitude, he never gave in to himself and his team or family. He knew how to live, to love, to do everything with full lungs. It was his pleasure to spend the night alone on the high seas in a boat, to hunt tuna for days. He was most happy to be with our sons Peter and Paul.

He liked to help whenever he could, quietly and without pomp, so people come to me today who I don't even know gave him a hand when they needed it.

His professional father, even during his student days, was now the late lawyer Miroslav Mića Belić, who was able to tell him "son, you were born for this job, you have that wire". That is how Branislav stayed in the legal profession, Mića tied him up for all time.

After finishing his studies, his wonderful friend and colleague from Mico Belic's office, lawyer Branko Jovicic, invited him to continue working with him in the office where Milan Petrovic and several other colleagues had already gathered. The cooperation was long and interesting, and Branislav's charm, the trust he instilled in people and his credibility brought them one of the biggest jobs that kept the office in the most difficult moments and since when many families have lived comfortably.

At one hearing, Branislav met Zoran Marić, a young lawyer. He came home and told me, "I want to work with that kid, he and I should go where it went." Great boy. Smacker. I feel like he will never embarrass or let me down. He has a heart. "

Zoran Marić continues to lead the Ristić Marić Office to new victories, and to the pride of his older colleague, the late Adv Branislav Ristić, he feeds his family and selflessly helps Branislav's family. Bravely, decisively, quietly, just like Branislav did.

The Branislav Ristic Foundation was created in my head in the first 7 days, after our world completely collapsed with his premature departure. At the funeral, I was approached by colleagues who grew up with him, grew into real professionals… I listened to them and I had the idea that what Branislav did and the way he built and supported young people should continue and prolong the memory of his nobility and gentleness.

The foundation is founded by me, his best friend, the mother of his children, his wife. The idea of founding the Foundation was understood, recognized and strongly supported by our godparents, friends and family. The work of the Foundation is currently supported by the clients of the Ristić Marić Office, godparents, friends and lecturers without whose enthusiasm and nobility Programs could not be realized.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Good luck to you all!
